Reflection works off overshield providing a damage bonus to all sources for a max of 25%. While it’s true that that might be more uptime on both sources because you have over shield most times, weapon damage is Rossi’s main damage source, and you can constantly cast his bubble at your feet or a wall without losing. This means you have higher damage on his main source as much as you want. Idk if it’s technically better, but it feels better.

That is a balancing on stage compared to character design. In 6 man content it would mean you would have the well/supers in general active more often if coordinated. In 3 man/solo content you can’t rely on those as often.

The issue is just that this game has a lot of very powerful buffs (+50% weapon damage on a perk is like average), meaning there's a huge gap between a random build and an optimal build, but because the game is designed towards casuals, it's built with middle-of-the-road power in mind

I would say it needs brought back, if there was actual moderation. It’s very common for players to simply shoot the wrong weak spot because they don’t like that you bought something. I was able to get to 4500 in shifting using the logic that I am a magnet, and killing me will draw the opponents into the sights of my team / away from the terminal.

I think it is more what Taniks said and the game isn’t designed around optimization. 6 man raids die in seconds too, it isn’t because the characters are designed for them. I would honestly say Calamity is failed more on the multiple mini damage phases and not the boss phase typically.

Not necessarily, and there's a trick to that. If you do activities on one character and you don't collect rewards you can change character and collect them to increase proficiency on other characters.

You do. You only earn proficiency through spending pinnacle or getting highly rated in a team match (but that only +3 iirc)

i just made a quick math, i have one of the artifacts at 2880, in order to take it to 3000 it would require 1800 energy total, if no Pandora's or weekly reset buying the blue extra energies, it would require 15 total days... this is insane, mechanic needs a buff.

I good fix would be to get Essences without energy on Chaos.

Yes, basically you do the main movements using joystick and for precision you use gyroscope

It's much more precise than using joysticks only

Similar to a mouse precision, and you get used to gyro quite fast
