You really do need Chaperone's Cat 3 to make it more convenient, it'll chunk through typical Shinkas but it'll take a fair bit more shots for Higher tier content or power delta, you'd definitely be stressing its ammo

Probably a lot of people going to say Mahamayuri because it is beyond broken. Gallows is a decent option for utility and shinka coverage from what I hear. I like Borealis for shield coverage since it means I can use Tan in any mission with piercing. It all depends on who you like to play, though.
