I wanted to comment on this for anyone who saw it. As you were talking about Estela I assume this is pertaining to her too? The one thing to keep in mind with Safeguard (and Estela at least as she is the only one I tested) is that your overshield needs to break to maintain the damage buff. If you maintain your over shield then the damage buff will only last 6 seconds.

I’ve never even used it. I need to show u my Umeko next week, should be max power by then. Del3 is really good in there bc of syncopation tho. It really helps with clearing out enemies. PvP isn’t as much of a component this season, you can’t get up as much and the atmosphere reflects that. It might be my very unusual PvP focused artifacts and t6. I still don’t fully understand what it all does.
Gaze+izi= 1/3 or 1/2 health. There’s a movement one too, that I don’t truly understand.
I ran about 10 matches as tenured. By avoiding conflicts, focusing on bots, and just going for bosses I can win against, I never lost points. I only placed 2nd and 3rd once each.

I also have my artifacts setup to boost damage with the invis. Routine is gaze, invis, shoot. Triple stack debuffs, invis, shoot. I could ult, but I save that for emergencies

yeah 3x curse is 26.25% more damage, 40% from weapon mastery, 50% from talent, and a separate 20% from wm4, all on a single shot, so she gets more use out of izi. Tan's buffs are all over a duration, so dps is more important than single-shot damage and 40k is better

Yes pls don’t run izi on tan. @visual rain did some testing on max dps on Umeko, and the numbers were actually insane. He hit over 3x damage in the firing range. I’m pretty sure that’s not the limit either. (But might as well be looked at as max. Beyond that is simply inefficient)

Normally you’re able to see them only up north/Alaska area but since it was an E4-almost E5 south also saw it. My family lives in Florida close to Miami and they saw it and have a few friends in Mexico who also saw it
