What type of web server are you trying to make? A database? A page? Will it be public (like anyone being able to go to its ip and see it?) Why the cardputer pic?

Bruce already has that feature called "WebUI" (it is used to put, edit, get and delete files in atom lite without physical connection) , but if you want to make your own version of that, you can head over to https://www.github.com/pr3y/Bruce and copy the WebUI files.
Or you can find tons of tutorials online, let me know if you'd like me to link some.
