explanation for underflow (reply ping)

basically, computers store information in bits which are either 1 or 0, typically in packets of bytes which are 8 bits (so 11110000 example)
the way numbers are stored are similar to our number system, but it's base 2 instead of 10; counting would be 0, 1, 10, 11, 100, 101, 110, 111, 1000, 1001, etc instead of 1 2 3 4 5 ... 9 10 11 ... 98 99 100 101 etc

an overflow happens when you try to increment the number while it's full; eg 11111111 + 1. in this case, it would "overflow" into becoming 00000000.
modern systems use a lot more than 8 bits though, so it takes a lot to over/underflow

underflowing is the same thing, except reversed; when a value reaches its minimum (eg 00000000) and is decremented, it underflows into 11111111

note that this will only work this way for unsigned numbers; signed numbers have exactly one bit saved for saying whether the number is positive or negative, and because it can be negative, it underflows at a negative number (exactly half the unsigned capacity minus one), and overflows at exactly half the original capacity (eg -127 - 1 = 128 or 128 + 1 = -127)

Ok, it's finally done, rendition for Cryptposted, take me a while to concept this thing , also this might be the last time I'm gonna be really committed on doing joker sprite for small reason: I've started doing these when I am bored doing my usual digital painting stuffs, but when my pc went into problem and I have to stay away from it, I kinda miss doing digital illustration stuff~~ (also I'm alr kinda rusty from not doing it for a month and a half~~ ), so I probably gonna do that more for quite sometime now I'm done re-setting up my pc back up, I'll probably doing the joker sprite back again when I'm in my boredom or just artblock stuffs, though probably not as fast as I did until now , lengthy word aside, this've been fun to do, ngl I gain smth for my digital illustration stuffs from doing just these too, so its all good
