This makes it kinda crap since you can at best get ^1.08, it should probably just allow duplicates

Unfortunately, that's intended, stuff like Riff Raff does the same thing if you don't have Showman. You just have to have Showman on you in order to utilize the ^Mult of Formi.

I think the difference is that Formi is an exotic and probably should bend the rules to be powerful enough to hold that category... honestly I don't think it'd be out of place as an Epic as it is
