#Flickering and Heavy stickers

:(
wait cant global just add a sticker called heavy
which would be this
Ah dang it heavy was supposed to be a superboss unlock
it's a stamp like rigged and hooked, called global
but if its a code card feature then it would become significantly more common
stamps are stickers technically right
yea
it shows up in the same place in collection and acts the same way
but "heavy" doesnt really fit the naming scheme
right true
but great minds think alike
so
Im talking about the feature itself of the affected card being drawn at the beginning of a blind
yeah that's legit what it'll do
I was intending for this to be a superboss reward, being quite rare as you guarantee find something you choose on your first hand, which is often quite valuable
However if this is planned as a code card feature, then its significantly more common, and Im gonna have to find smt else as a superboss reward
i might have an idea
for the superboss reward
I mean, personal opinion, being able to guarantee grab something you pick on your first hand is damn powerful
://SEED is similarly really powerful but only because chance jokers in cryptid happen to be very powerful as well
notebook, googol play card
notebook is infinite joker slot generation, with or without ://SEED
what if it was called "weighted" and the selected item would always show up in a booster pack, no matter what, even without showwman
one just costs more $
it's like global but even crazier
So a telescope except not limited to celestial packs?
yup; perhaps it could even create an entirely new slot in the booster pack just for itself
!!!
That would be great
Okay graveyarding heavy cuz ://GLOBAL exists
then making another one
put Weighted on 2D, then drown your run in Wee scaling :bloblul:
lmao
anyway flickering is still nice, Ill keep it pending and see what the others say
i like flickering as a name better than temporary
so i like it
plus it could let the sticker art be a candle
:D
flickering seems fine, but probably makes sense to be approved along with something that uses it
(i probably just haven't seen it yet lol)
Havent implemented anything that uses flickering yet
Its meant to be a backup kind of like the flipped cards from jolly open, a mechanic to be used for superbosses, challenges etc when theyre needed
But until something can add flickering, it should be unobtainable in regular runs
like a backlog resource to be stashed until needed
yeah I get it
{Since it has the same functionality as Temporary I feel like I could/should mention this here}
I've used Temporary in some of my Jokers already {The Artist and Mystic, I forget if there's more}, usually for a powerful buff that only lasts for a short period of time. Flickering could be changed to "Destroyed after hand is played" to get rid of the overlap.
*Also slight bias here but relating to the effect I think Temporary works better for destroyed at the end of round
resurrecting this thread bc of new developments
about to approve this i think
