on my steam account when I started the game I went into the settings and accidentally went to full screen after that I can't play and it doesn't even go into the game settings I've turned off the game several times and started again but it doesn't go back to the beginning of the game

To force the game to start in windowed mode to fix your issue you can go:
Steam -> Library -> Pionero Capital Demo -> Right click -> Properties -> In "launch options" put -windowed -ResX=1280 -ResY=720

Add space between every command

After set the command, start the game from steam pressing "Play/Jogar"
