  1. Make it possible to get rid of our extra players that we don't use. Like I only use about 4 of my 20 players. So make a way I can get rid of them for player fragments or some other item.

For players who are not currently featured in the game, we will do our best to include them in future updates so that more players have the opportunity to appear.

  1. allow switching servers, as a person always going from one country to another. like im staying in north america but i started playing while living in southeast asia. my ping is always on the consistent red. and ive already spent so much money on my account, that i dont want to create a new one just to have a new file in a new server

Unfortunately, the server-switching feature is not available at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

  1. Make more stricter punishment for ballhogs, thrower and bad attitude in game. Too many ballhogs in game because they dont care about the penalty cuz its too low. Why not be stricter?

We will continue to optimize in-game performance monitoring. You can also use the post-match reporting system to report players who violate the rules.

  1. Make it easier to get superstar enhance cards, without paying gems for the talents which is relatively hard if you aren't willing to spend money on the game, enhancements are harder to get due to having to open an abundance of elite supply crates to get duplicates

  1. When a teammate goes afk in ranked or 11 -point, instead of a 20 coin compensation don’t take away a star or trophies from the other players.

  1. Not continuing the match when atleast one player failed to connect to the match game specially in rank games. It is very unfair for the team with incomplete players to compete in rank with a player missing on their team. Cancel match if one player failed to connect in rank match.

  1. From Starting Legendary to Peak Legendary rank, we keep facing the same opponents over and over again. Is there any way to reduce this kind of scenario? Please fix your matchmaking. My friend and I are only Legendary, but our opponents are all Peak Legendary rank.

I saw him in TikTok in the Taiwan server, I don't know if he's incomplete, I'm not 100% sure if it's a Taiwan server or a dev server of sorts but if you do ever plan to add Tyrese, give him two other young players (one has to be lamelo ball) and the other any young player to make the 3 the young players trio

  1. I find the current limited costume gacha system to be very expensive and frustrating, especially for sets such as the Astronaut Limited Set. At present, there is no pity system, and even after making over 500 pulls, I was unable to obtain the main set costume. This has deeply discouraged me to spend anything further into the game.. Additionally, the fragment exchange feels restrictive, as it only allows the purchase of hand, back, and head costume pieces, making it nearly impossible to complete a set without extreme luck or excessive spending. While I am not asking for free limited costumes, I believe a pity system should be implemented to ensure that after a significant number of pulls or after collecting a large amount of costume fragments, players can obtain the full set. This would make the system feel fairer, reduce frustration, and encourage continued engagement or investment into the game. âť—
