i mean that’s the only way to get in. The tourney organizers do not want to be liable for letting in a diamond account and you making the claim that it was unfair competition for you

even if the claim your making is true, it doesn’t look good optics wise for them.

i dont think they could provide those things for you. this is something that the individual players have to have themselves when traveling internationally in general.

the reason I am asking is because they literally say they do in section VII of the Tournament Rules

I personally do not have a p@ssport / VISA, and would have to pay 200 dollars to get one, AND have to wait a month or two to acquire it, which well, we don't have ALOT of time left to gamble our money in whether we should participate or not

so basically what i believe this means is that they have a team dedicated to making the process less tedious and as seamless as possible once you give them your documentation. Also just to make sure traveling arrangements are set. I don’t think they are byp@ssing a way around p@ssports sadly.

honestly if i were you i would go in expecting just phones. i’ll double check tho

@sweet flicker yk what im also thinking about what they mean about the bans? so in the regional open qualifiers teams will play on their own accounts in their own servers, but for the regional finals and on will be on a specialized tournament server with specific accounts tailored for them. so the bans will most likely be the players that are not in the player pool they outlined. its possible more players are available to use on the tournament server even though they arent allowed in the player pool for thr tournament.
