I playing with boosteriod/GFN
so, I don't have access to game files
x 2 It seems I lost all my game progress because it won't load. It was working perfectly at 2:00 AM, but it updated at 5:00 AM and then stopped working.

I got a notice about your game from the GFN recommendation. So yeah I playing with it. GFN + linked Steam account
Also I use Boosteroid for play your game (it's also cloud game provider, for example they work with wargaming)
so, I got a notice about troubles with my saving data from both providers
I don't know if it might help.... but try launching the game from steam and send me the srchived Saved folder from here:

(Win + R --- paste %localappdata%\R5 --- enter)
Wouldn't it be better to create a guide explaining what to modify to fix the problem?
This should happen 💯, and an official announcement and in-game notice maybe. Heaps of people losing their worlds and saves, also blaming mod developers for it also

but if you are plyaing through a linked steam account you may be able to recover saves from steam cloud we will take a look at it, and you would be able to syn teh save cloud again and thus the saves would appear in GFN
there's no guarantee that this will work thoguh....
I started with "cloud saved data" and what I have
Unfortunately I need to see the folder, before I see it there's hardly anything I can tell. The cloud saves especially when swithcing beterrn different devices \ streaming services could get corrupted. Todya's update introduced a new save structure which could prevent this from happening in the future, but it looks like you save got corrupted before the update. very sorry about that, if you could try to get the steam folder I would love to take a look at it, thoguh nothign is guranteed 🙁

it cloud be so. there are backups on the services that you play on, but if you can not get those backups there's nothing I can do. I woudl recommend trying to reach out to them, and ask if they can provide the backup folders to you
I would recommend you review your QA workflow if you can't test critical issues before releasing a new update. What do you think about it?
If you want us to investigate your issue, we need those files, otherwise there's not much we can do. Also, if we are to continue this conversation, I suggest keeping it in the respectful tone 
I can't send those files. You asked about respectful tone but ignored when I say that cant provide files becuse I don't have acces to it.

Maybe you can try to contact your provider and ask for those files?

So. In the result you can't do nothing. After release broken update (and all that you can do: ask local files from cloud gamin) you asked about respectful tone
Unfortunately, that’s the reality of Early Access. We can’t track or fix every issue that may come up, although we do our best. As mentioned in our #📜│rules channel and repeated in #│announcements and #│game-updates , we currently support only three environments:
• Vanilla (unmodified) game client
• Official Windrose Dedicated Server application
• Hosting via Nitrado
Based on your description, it looks like you used at least two cloud services to play the game, which significantly limits our ability to investigate and reproduce the issue. Until you can provide the necessary files, we won’t be able to help further at this point.
Sorry for your loss, but before this patch we only had local backups, so if you can’t retrieve them from GFN or Boosteroid and your cloud save is broken, there’s unfortunately nothing we can recover.
