Save world and profile corrupted

When I loaded in this morning I got a message saying my saved profile and world are corrupted. It made me make a new guy and my saved world wasn’t there. I have a backup of my “saved” folder and I put it in there and it won’t work. Even if I create the new character and paste my old world in there it says corrupt. wtf if this screwed my game I’m done. I had completed the main quest and spent countless days building my base. I lost my save due to a cloud backup issue the second day that’s why I have everything backed up. I am not starting over
