Pig Whistle PLEASE HELP

I completed the ancient village that drops the pig whistle but idk if my inventory was full or what but i never got the whistle. i returned back to the area and have searched everywhere around the statue but its just not here. i was really looking forward to having a pet but i dont want to reset my game after 50 hrs for it... is there any fix i can do? its my solo player world and i cant find it anywhere. please make it craftable or something!! 😭

Celar the area out of mobs.
Place a fast travel nearby.
Create a new character.
Go to the place.
Complete the mini quest
Ta-daaaa you have Truffel

just create a new character (click on your character in main menu to go to the charaacter creation screen)
