Is it possible to change server location? because the one that I picked yesterday when I set up the server may not be ideal.

Also server moves usually take about 40 minutes or less but can vary based on file size. Windrose files do tend to be larger so do give it some time.

Unfortunately one person unable to play on the server without massive lag due to really high ping so is it possible to return the server back to LA? Sorry to bother you again!

I noticed that my ping is higher than the before as I was around 190-200 at the first LA server but now it's sitting around 215, and someone in my group also said their ping was around 180-190 yesterday, but now it's more than 200. Is it possible some of the server setting got changed even though it's the same LA location?

Hey again. Generally the settings should be the same. That said, just to rule out anything, we could try adjusting a few things on the backend of the server to see if that helps. If you're okay with that let me know and I'll get it done.
