I have seen the issue occour when mods are on the server. Possible due to the update they are not working right

Yeah, 95% prob that it's caused by the mod

#

It reproduces if something tampers with client or server tag space and tags desync between server and client

#

This is actually one of the issues we've rolled out todays fix for - which requires strictly similar versions of server and client
