You can build anywhere you wish other than a few restricted areas around some faction locations. As far as how far out - Each Island has a grid around it - you can build as far out as you wish until you hit that grid - the Piers are amazing 🙂

Storm's Edge difficulty is definitely the way to play. Makes you have to use multiple tactics rather than face tank, dodge, or block; you have to get good foods and shoot as much as you can till they get close

I bought a server and had a question about the quest progression. If I disable the shared quest completion, are there quests that require respawns of NPCs? For example a quest where you ahve to kill a specific enemy, and your co-op partner kills them. Is there a cooldown you would have to wait to have them respawn so you can kill them to complete your quest?
