storage on device, one day of play added 40 Gb

so, yesterday i played mergeville for the first time ever. i check my storage on my ipad daily, it was at 140 gb, i dont have a screenshot of it then before but its frequestly almost always at that. after playing mergeville for the day, today when i checked my storage bc my ipad crashed it was 180gb taken up, i had downloaded nothing, i did nothing apart from play some mergeville. infact i had undowloaded a few things i had on my device. after resetting safari and powering off my device it went back down to 140 but it made my ipad crash while trying to play the game. photographs are before then after doing that btw, safari storage is kept in the settings part.

i use web discord on safari and everything else
but i think i can find it somewher in my settings

i reset it yesterday evening, so maybe abt 12 hrs ago roughly

it works as long ss theres nothing not running
i suppose it might not be best to run on web safari ?
i cant download apps 🤷‍♂️

I honestly have never encountered such a request before, I will check with the engineering team what could be the reason for such memory consumption

do other activities work on discord?

only some,a majority of them simply say they dont work , most multiplayer games dont work on here
and alot of othwrs will take an eternity to load even if i have nothing else being used

I clarified that this is a general cache for the entire discord, if you tried to run several activities and visited several servers, looked at messages on servers, etc. Periodic cleaning should help)

ohh okay!! it was the first time I did try actives and stuff i never had such an increase in storage before, normally just one gb not 40 gb

Yes, it's a lot, one game can't take up so much space, as it turns out
