I really prefer having to manage my resources like arrows, if this brings an advantage like the elemental arrows of RO. I know most people disagree but I'll let the idea anyway.
Having to manage resources adds depth and roleplay in my point of view.
I'm currently playing as a lvl 47 scout and managed to drop a single oak bow to upgrade from my old slingshot. Having more gear progression options for ranged atk DMG would be nice. Maybe having crossbows (-atkspd,+DMG and/or ignore def), long bow (+range), short bow (+atkspd,-range) would be nice.

I think theme of the game really is not to introduce any kind of resources, just like we dont have pots. But who knows.
A rework on the bows would be nice to make builds more diverse. There might be changes the moment a second job for scout would be introduced.
I think that there are no pots yet, since we could have an alchemist class in the future.
Scout seemed very fun and easy to play but I wanted to be able to play a High Aspd crit from start but this does not seems useful on lower leves yet.
It will be craftable maybe in life skill just like hp and mana potions
