My Game is Crashing

The most likely causes are an outdated graphics driver, directx or missing C++ redistributables.*

To check your GPU model, press Win + R, type dxdiag and press Enter. Then refer to Display/Render Tabs for the exact model.

Search for your GPU model on the website and download the most recent/latest driver package for it

To check your Intel CPU generation, in the same dxdiag Window, look at the System Tab

For C++ Redistributables: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/

After downloading the driver packages, double click the downloaded files and install the drivers. Once the installation finishes, restart your PC and try the game again.

Cant Connect/Servers not showing

The most likely causes are servers unstable, server hosting and your internet.

First try to restart steam then try the game again. If not fixed try to use VPN.

Use your preferred VPN

Simply install and connect.

And dont forget to reverify files on Steam.

Your Firewall must allow access to 'NT Kernel & System' if you're using one

It won't be the case unless you specifically got a 3rd party firewall like Fort Firewall / Simplewall and blocked most Microsoft things from phoning home. You would have had to manually block it yourself for it to be the source of the issue

need help-- game isn't crashing, but every time I play, after a few minutes, my monitors die and I have to restart my computer. temps are fine, power is fine, cables are good. I tested it with multiple programs and games and this only happens with Spiritvale. anyone else experiencing the same problem or might know the fix?

hi i have this issue when i'm warping to goblin village lvl 56-60 the game crash again and again when i tried to log in my character. when i tried other character there is no problem. so i cant play my main char with this issue.

Okay, giga weird work around. So I checked my graphic settings and disabled vertical sync, shadows and bloom - went back to character select and it does my computer does not shut down anymore when I went back to using my original GPU. Hopefully this helps.

hello. i'm also getting stuck in the loading screen. i was able to start playing earlier today and go up a few levels. but when i logged out and tried logging back into the game, i get stuck on the loading screen with the progress bar at 100%. any suggestions?

Missing Skull Emblem at the Crafter in Forgotten Depths , is this intentional?

Whenever I move my mouse, the game freezes - if I continually move my mouse, it continuously freezes and I can't do anything. Any ideas here? Drivers are up to date, I've re-installed, and rebooted my PC and the game multiple times.

Occurs regardless of graphics settings, fullscreen status, VSync, etc.

Reducing my polling rate of my mouse to 500 from 2000 fixed it, but that's not ideal

Hi i got stuck at the 100% screen. Tried VPN, restart steam, restart router, verify gamefile but still the issue occur. Anyone on the same situation as me?

sometimes when extensively playing the game for hours when i dont dc, the game will start to slow in frames and then start freezing. usually fixed by relaunching the game. this happens when im in that lvl 41 + dungeon with the goblins.

I have this issue once I logged in and tried to enter the game, it happens to 2 of my characters. It suddenly popup this unity things, then game shut down.

If you are overweight with skill loadout enabled you cannot dodge or change weapons. Your character will stand still, and you must open and disassemble any available items on your character.
