I'll try to make a more complete guide in the future (mobile play doesn't feel very nice right now) but the short version is:
- Download Steam Link on your phone and pair it with Steam on your PC
- Connect to PC via Steam Link
- Start SpiritVale
- Spend lots of time configuring controls
The game does not natively support controller input so it makes it difficult to play with anything other than a keyboard & mouse. But I've been working on guides that enable controller play via Steam Input, and it might be possible to configure for mobile touch controls but no promises; I haven't looked into it too deeply

It probably will, but the trouble would be getting Steam Input working over Parsec. If it works without a hitch, then great.
The best solution would be if the game had native controller support but that's definitely not a priority yet.
