more customizable best run, percentage, and current run percentages

idea is to allow these percentages to have more or less decimals (i know you can customize percentage normally but just added because it has a percentage like the others) for example i like a more clean layoput and i find the "best run: 0.00-0.00%" to be really clunky and would like it to be "best run: 0-0%" and if someone wants like "best run 0.000-0.000%" that would aslo be cool
