#Keybinding Bug (LMB)

I saw a bit of posts here that talked about it but i'm going to explain it a little more.

Once you bind a key to Left Mouse Button (LMB), your game becomes unplayable, because instead of clicking anywhere, it just does the binding.

Trying to fix it I went into the config.json file and removed everything that was related to the LMB but unfortunately didnt work, I then uninstalled fully eclipse and reinstalled it, didnt fix it, I uninstalled geode and reinstalled it, didnt fix it, I then uninstalled geometry dash fully and reinstalled it, still nothing.

When I look into the logs of that session nothing weird shows up, when I look into the config, its telling me I do not have any bindings even tho something is binded to the LMB.

I dont really use keybinds so not a big problem for me but for users that use them everyday, it is a big issue, it removes a total section and option of the menu and its not fixable as far as I could see.

PS: Oh and most important part that I totally forgot like an idiot, once you binded something to the LMB, you cant bind anything else to another button, only LMB is bindable

I just found the solution after a little more looking, if this bug ever happens to you, try the nightly version of eclipse, here's the link: https://github.com/EclipseMenu/EclipseMenu/releases/tag/nightly

If you are on windows, go to this release, download the "eclipse.eclipse-menu.geode" file, go to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Geometry Dash\geode\mods" path and paste the file in to replace the old one, restart your game and boom, fixed

and do a copy of your macros

#

that way you can put them back in the folder when you reinstalled it

# idle plume oh but do i uninstall from the files bc i cant from the game

first, go to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Geometry Dash\geode\mods"
and delete eclipse, then go to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Geometry Dash\geode\config"
and delete eclipse, then go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Geometry Dash\geode\unzipped
and delete eclipse, then press windows+r, enter appdata, go to the golder called local, then geometrydash, then geode, then mods, then delete eclipse (after copying every macros you got)

And now only reinstall the nightly version
