helper role is basically just people who help people in #1256454996942393344 well not members but like could be anyone so people could actually ping @helper instead of poor staff having 67 pings on a 2 circle profile picture server

there are some post that dont get a reply because atleast for me, idfk what to do in case of crashes with the crashlog
