I understand she needs some kind of nerf, but this nerfs her to the ground.

6. It doesn't deletes her, it just forces her to play be with Xavian so Xavian can heal instead of her and she only exists as a stagger bot.

I don't understand how 50% stagger over 15s even made it past initial design for the character.
