probably related to the extra time from the event miniboss

I think it's a bug, and they'll probably solve it eventually.
In the meantime you can either beat the regular timer despite doing the miniboss or skip the miniboss if that saves time.
If the developers introduced a mini-boss, which is sometimes very useful for completing a dungeon, then why not implement the correct display after completing the dungeon in the dungeon section. Because it’s more pleasant for me to know that the dungeons are closed on time. Very much an eyesore. Sincerely
Because developers are also humans with limited foresight who can't predict, test, and fix all interactions and consequences within a limited time.
Bugs are normal in software development.
My assumption is that these seasonal events have been prepared with very little development time, with most of the development being focused on fixing the core game and new permanent content, such as new heroes and dungeons.
Event related bugs will likely be fixed eventually, but it's understandable that such events aren't delivered in a pristine and polished way, especially considering that we're still in Early Access.
I understand everything perfectly well, but to close higher keys, people check which keys you have closed on time, at least I often deal with this... and they will simply say that they will not take you into the group. I hope they fix this, or at least read it and maybe fix it. Even though the game is in early access. After all, the connection with the developers was not just made to exist, but for return feedback. I hope so
For what it's worth I believe the score is calculated correctly, so that should serve in the meantime.
A message is displayed that I closed the key on time, an up rating is given, but in the end I did not close it. But you still think "I think the estimate is calculated correctly" . Isn't it strange?
All I'm saying is that I have (or at least had) some dungeons in my character sheets that have been shown as exceeding the time with a score that does not match the flat -15 penalty from actually exceeding the time.
