Why the haste stat on Ardeos is reducing cast speed while on Helena is reducing cooldown? Don't think the cast speed is important to him, the cooldown reduction is. As a dot dealer casting speed doesn't means more dps, since all the cooldowns are longer than the lasting time, so the damage output will be the same even if you have longer or shorter casting time?

Also why the haste is not apply to all your spell?

cast speed/gcd does feel pretty good to help you get dots up on a pack faster

uhhh lowkey idk how everything maths out, you'd expect reign of fire to increaase fireball uptime

ardeos kinda just doesn't feel great before frogs

but anyways gist is that ardeos does get scaling w/ haste beyond cast speed to the point it's probably is #1 or #2 substat
