everything by default is mouse over, you do not have to click any frame
(you can technically even hover the target frame)

target of target is in the game, focus target is not yet

When I click the tank, and cast a damage ability it does not attack the target of the tank.

If I click an enemy, it does heal the target of the enemy.

But This makes more sense now.

Focus target of target I guess is what Iwas trying to get at

But i guess what you're saying makes sense. Or heal focus target. I just realised there's no highlighting who you have selected in the party screen.

But if I have tank selected to heal, I should be able to damage target of target

i get what you're saying, but i can not comprehend how you would heal that way 😄

i always have enemies as target, and heal with mouseover on party frames.

the options you are looking for are not in the game 🙂

but the options that you then need to play the way you want are not in the game.

tried that when i went on an alt healer, it does make the ball boss in wraithtide easier (to preshield whoever he's casting on)

Yup, all good. Mouse over was the trick 😄 I haven't healed in years so I was just wrong.
