2 builds:

#1 with first strike

dirk + tier 1 boots --> long sword + tear --> prowlers --> ghostblade or serpents (if they have a lot of shielding) --> manamune --> grudge --> ghostblade/serpents or edge of night (if they have easy to hit cc)

#2 with dark harvest

whip --> dirk --> tear --> ionian boots --> goredrinker --> ghostblade/serpents --> manamune --> grudge --> same as build 1

second build is generally stronger however u will struggle more into champs with more mobility or peel and its a bit harder to play with

serpents is also pretty shit now unless youre forced to when they have a lot of shielding
