if you are stuck at gaining 12-13 for over a season I suggest making a new acc and tryharding until you reach lvl 30 bcs if you win all games and perform good in all games you should be placed in gold maybe even plat if you win all promos

btw, the reason why my mmr got so bad was because i spammed a bunch of ranked games when i hit level 30 and did troll noob things like irelia with ghost and heal

then i took a long break from ranked and by the time i actually learned the game my mmr was beyond saving
