How is zilean balanced
His R is a guardian angel that can be used on any member of your team including yourself, heals for more that guardian angel without needing to even spend the gold and slot for it if you are a carry, and above all its cooldown is ridiculously low
It gets to 30 seconds late game with cooldown reduction which zilean builds plenty of
fringe eagle
usefull and good but nothing special, no crazy shit going on in her kit (which is a good thing imo, not every new champ has to fly over the map and create fierworks everywhere)

He has mage tier health. Burst him down. His zoning, cc, and revive should have him high on the kill priority list. His flimsiness balances out all of his coolness. Solid champ.

Uuu burst him down while he has a nasus level of cancer slow, a stun which he hits for sure if he slows you, if he decides to speed himself he goes as fast as rammus
While his hitbox is much slimmer than rammus or most champs
Oh and i forgot about the little detail of him having a ONE MINUTE GUARDIAN ANGEL ON HIS R
And he usually builds zhonyas
You catch a syndra and you can be certain she dies if she has no zhonyas
