There’s separate leagues for them, they should still be around I think. They just play vs other full female teams locally (unsure if they do internationally now). But yeah, main leagues like LCS, LEC, LCK, LPL etc have no gender restrictions, they just don’t make it.

Sure there’s some in high elo, like very few that are in every way shape or form better than most male players but extremely rare

For the full female teams I think china has like 4 or something, one of them had a panda logo (seen in the video about the funny Varvictis esports)

I've been playing Lissandra in the toplane recently and it's gone quite well, perhaps surprisingly (to be fair, I'm in Silver)

You can build her with the normal Everfrost midlane build for extra CC, Luden's Tempest for burst against squishy toplaners (I personally prefer Luden's over Everfrost in the midlane), Liandry's Anguish for whittling down tanks, or even Rod of Ages -> Archangel's Staff > Demonic Embrace -> Abyssal Mask if another tank would be appreciated and you don't want to mess up your teamcomp too much. Tank Lissandra is a bit awkward to build against an AD comp, though, because the only armor item that really synergizes with her kit is Zhonya's Hourglass, which is better on squishy mage Lissandra.
