I mean I guess not, I was bitching about the Viego nerfs when I first saw it as a Viego Main

#

And I actually stopped playing him for a couple of days because I was scared of losing my LP

#

But after I tried him once more, the nerfs really did not feel bad

#

The only huge nerf he got was the W + E and the AA range

#

Which I still believe to this day is that the W + E nerf was really NOT the problem about his entire kit

#

The overpowered part about his kit is his passive. Nerfing Viego's base kit isn't going to change anything about him being able to get one reset in a team fight and automatically win it. Or Low Elo players getting a reset and immediately mash all three abilities, then R again, and the cycle repeats until they've won the teamfight. And High Elo players possessing the most fed player on the enemy team when they are behind in so much gold and 1v9ing the game, (Which I do admit, this is extremely unhealthy for the game no questions asked.)

And also, the Viego nerfs legit did nothing to lower levels of play

Some new Viego players, and even mains don't even know about the values of W + E

#

Low elo are focused on getting resets and spamming their R's

#

And still winning the teamfights

I highly recommend checking out Wickjkr. Redditor, streamer, and youtuber. Hes a Challenger Viego Mid OTP and he can explain why the nerfs we're unnecessary

But anyways, I think he is somewhat fine in the state he's in right now. However, Lane Viego is COMPLETELY gutted now, it was decent and playable if you were skilled with Viego
