Depends on what category is your ticket, what region, in what language you wrote it, at what hour you sent it etc.

If its perma ban, dont expect em to do much

And especially dont buy those "ticket writers" that will do the appeal for you

99% of tickets get an answer within 24 hours, id say 12-18 hours for me
