I main Aatrox and i will say I cannot damage vayne the whole game, vayne can dash out of my 1st Q and / or my W, and if my W somehow would work vayne uses E and knocks me away at wich point I have no mobility as I have used my E, so I just have to go back and wait for cooldowns

She is ranged top, dash on Q with 4 seconds cd and even if you somehow manage get to her, she has E which knocks you. And you cannot forget invisibility on R which is super annoying. And even if you play it like farming lane, she will outscale you. I dont know any champ except another ranged top (which I rlly dont want to play), that can beat her.

first of all I gotta say nice rx7 pfp (you have good taste). I think yasuo is one of the few champs that can scare vayne players in the top lane. Reason for that is the high mobility and the windwall, because as everyone knows its hard to get up to her and with yasuos e you can use her minions to avoid this problem. If you can time your windwall perfectly to her e she wont be annoying... that much.
