You've played 42 unique champions this year, that's way too much. Just stick to 3-5 champions, and I highly recommend maining Camille & Shen as it will help you a lot with Top Lane matchup & macro

very high learning curve. Once you know the champion well you will start winning a lot more
they're also quite easy unlike Riven or Fiora
I recommend spending a month or so playing only Shen Camille

it's up to you. Learning Camille will go a long way bc she works in all elos. Garen is more of a low elo stomper

Sett is fine. Champions are supposed to help you learn the game
learn how top lane works and you can play all champions at will

Instead of just "trying to farm better" spend 20 minutes everyday practising farming in practice tool. Aim for 90+ CS by 10 mins. Iirc there are practice regimes for farming that you can find on Reddit and follow too. Makes a huge difference.
