My top 2 on the list of bad would be Evelynn and Thresh

Evelynn plainly torture for pleasure, it would trick you into something nice and have you tortured while you beg for death during the longest last moment of your life.

Thresh is the same, but he make you suffer for eternity after death, something even Karthus, a massive sadist would look down upon.

Glad we have Vayne hunting Eve and Lucian and Senna for Thresh.

Some other champion may be evil but they kinda have the reasoning behind it. Mordekaiser want to build an empire, Viego wants Isolde back, Kled simply defends his territory. But these two torture for their own pleasure of seeing suffering

I mean if you're talking about toxicity, probably Draven because his personality is being a narcissistic jerk. No eldritch evil or anything special like that.

Depends on what you mean with toxic, if you mean disgusting evil people then Karthus, Thresh, Eve, Vex, Singed, Morde, Leblanc, Swain probably

If you mean people who just swear a lot, are loud and unpolite then probably Kled, Draven, Gragas and Trynda
