11.22 seems like meme buff thats a +10 base dmg at all levels for W and E is a midgame buff

11.13 hurts because she can’t facetank hits

thing is that like in s9 her E had 14/13/12/11/10 cd but is now 10/9/8/7/6 while scaling harder

last season it was horseshit bc it was anti AD which meant nothing to ADCs who consistently sprayed you down

and it scaled off max hp so it encouraged being built on tank builds

like the way i see it the only reason its not exclusively an assassin item with how it works atm is bc its that broken that it also lets u statcheck without proc'ing the reset like at that point then why include kill resets and make it buildable on assassins at all when clearly riot doesnt want bruiser items being poached
