that is .3% of players
from a non ego standpoint that is DEFINITELY high elo
you're better than 99.7% of the playerbase in your region
just because the difference between masters to gm and to chall is so big doesn't mean that it's low elo
because it's a factor of the best of the best players mostly and a lot of them are just egoing but from a non bias standpoint diamond is high elo
if you want to talk about when players are actually extremely good then it's chall but this game is so indepth that you can say top 100 or top 50 etc

Once players become master they realize how far behind they are compared to challengers hence why alot of master players dont consider themselves highelo(those that didnt hit their plateau and have higher aim).
