Ryze Nerf??

I heard ryze was getting nerfed again, could i ask whyyyy???????????????

i was going to play ryze and is getting nerfed more?

mana scaling on Q is being nerfed likely to deter him from building mana items like frozen heart and they increased his AP scaling on passive so he builds more AP but is less durable

faker's match history on ryze; you can notice that he's building fairly tanky on ryze, going from everfrost into fimbulwinter to straight tank

Hmmm so that why fimbul winter got nerf

Fimbulwinter has always been a good option for mana spending tank champs. Examples being gragas for the small while he was getting played a lot and ornn. But ryze does make the item look even better than it actually is with his semi tank frontline usage.

problem is that the item only gives raw HP and cdr which is meh after your bami mythic and bad later in the game because it doesnt have resists
