is my mmr bad

hi all, im emerald 3 rn and my lp gain/loss is +20/-20. im just wondering if my mmr is bad or if this is normal because i thought climbing was possible with a 50% wr but with these gains itd have to be much higher

i also thought the gains were recently changed and people were being inflated but this doesnt seem to be affecting me 😭

Its not intended this season that players can expect to climb with 50%wr

Thats normal, you need a higher winrate to climb

normal, means the system has your rank where it believes you should be
Wins against harder lobbies will adjust your MMR behind the scenes but not immediately reflect in the LP value
