so you know about boots of swiftness? the 55 ms thing that reduces slow effectiveness, I almost never build it except on maybe mundo, but, unless you're HEAVILY countered by slows like mundo, or directly benefit from ms like jhin when you should buy them? I see quinn and talon buying them, two heavy roamers, I see so these are supposed to also be a roamer's go to boots after being a saving grace when you're a juggernaut against ashe? but really? is 55 ms instead of 45 really worth not having any other boots stats if all you're gonna do is roam? is it really that big of a deal if a talon roams at 390 ms instead of 380? why doesn't like give you bonus move speed out of combat for roaming like those yellow boots back in 2020 you always used to buy on pyke? why did they remove roaming boots in the first place?? swifties don't seem like a good replacement!

the amount of tempo advantage you can gain from the boots was massive
riot noticed, nerfed them, then later removed them

Also if you take it as a mid laner, its another +10 ms for a total of 65 ms on boots instead of the usual 45 ms
I take switness boots on yasuo along with magical footware and phantom dancer to get 450 ms
The game play completely changes when you have that much ms.
