I been spamming viego and its doing okay, but i feel like its better if i expanded my picks. I can play diana, j4, xin zhao. In what situations should i pick which? Should i focus countering enemy jg or playing the teams comp?

Have one main, Viego is a good otp and one easy champion as a back up if he is banned or picked. It is better to build mastery than having a big champion pool, as you also need to learn macro/jungling.
When your plat+ I would then introduce an easy AP jungler for better draft. However, that is not necessarily as people climbed by being an otp. Emerald+ I would add another easy champion. Diamond+ you can consider a mechanical champion, etc
