So, uh, for reasons (NSFW jokes) I do not wanna expose myself for, I got reported by the salty losing team in a ARAM match after I 1v5 them and I got from honor 5 to Honor 2. 
Question is: What do they mean by "Play 20 games in ARAM or SR without receiving a new penalty to recover your Honor." ? What do they mean by recover your honor? Like, going back on 5 or going back on 3? I'm a little confused...
And can I still gain honor while in a chat restriction?
