I am on mouse+keyboard. I can use E and L but only on non important/non-combat-needeed keys. Keys are dyin and im on a loss streak becuz of em.

and move the E sum spell to like R or something

doesn't matter, choose whichever keybinds you prefer

though i see your problem, simply just get a new keyboard

just buy the cheapest one if you're constrained by budget
