Yeah 35 second cd at level 1 and i doubt she’ll level it first but late game it might be closer to 12-15 seconds with haste

Mel looks like she will be too weak on release imo, not cos every champ has to be broken or cos her kit is too weak, but her numbers look bad. Knowing Riot they won’t allow people to learn the champ before buffing them so, yeah, sucks
