The amount of movemenet speed and dashes is high in league, but imo to make the game more enjoyable is to make all slows decaying. They dont have to decay to 0 at the end timer, but at least go down 50% of the original amount when the slow would end. Theres so many slows in the game and the CC amount is still high, unless you draft really poorly. Since riot is slowly removing tenacity this will be more enjoyable.

Tbh the only slows that are very problematic in my opinion are nasus W and zilean E

Slows are meant to be potent. making them decay over time creates a bad experience for the one's using it when theres ways to obtain slow resist that effectively help mitigate some champion's only form of cc/defense.

You're saying they need to decay because you dont want to buy swifties against slow heavy teams or what? they dont stack anymore so it's not a big issue.

It can be situationally good on Xin, Trundle, Warwick and most other fighters that like on-hits/having AS from items

wit's isn't an early game item, it's one you build later on for more resists and scaling stats

in wit's case, AS+MR+on-hit (so it's an MR item for on-hit style fighters, i.e., those that do most of their damage from basic attacks

if you want data, I use u.gg and look at WR as a function of which item slot it is built in (more useful for finding good core builds)

Nasus W is not as bad as Nautilus R,Pantheon W or Leona Q in terms of 'why does this still exist', just to name a few. But yes, 95% is way too high and it lasts too long

Yea slows can't reduce you to less than 190 MS iirc the caps correctly

it ramps up and has no cd late game, with the right build that isnt even griefing that much you sync the cd with the duration for perma crippling the adc or whatever
