#How to know what to improve

So, it looks like you're asking about jungle tracking and map reading. There's a lot of guides you can follow online, like skillcapped and proguides, and there's players willing to coach in #looking-for-coach who can help break down your issues.
Main tip for this one is try to infer from the map. Think about what each champion does for the next minute and where they would be. Also think about how you would react as a jungler towards your positioning.
All of these things are coupled with experience and knowledge checks, so your best bet is to watch a guide and play a lot of games practicing
i mean in general
yeah i struggle with jg tracking but that was just a random example
Work backwards. Start at the end of a lost game, then go backwards until you reach the instance (point Z) in which the game was a "solidified loss" (whatever you think). Then go backwards from that point, identifying what was done to affect point Z, which leads to point Y, X, etc. Repeat until you reached a point in the game in which the game was "even" (whatever you think) or even go further back. Then for each point, identify what you could have done differently to change the situation in your favor. Only look at each point by itself so you don't go down any rabbit holes. Some situations might not change depending on your action.
I usually just go and watch some high elo gameplay and see what bits and compare them to my own gameplay.
Also, you can check your stats to see what areas you are subpar in.
in general its just about constantly adapting to how the game is playing out
and being able to respond correctly to any given specific scenario
a common specific scenario is getting ganked obviously so if the enemy jungler is rly strong ganker then dont push without knowing where they are
i think jungle tracking is not super necessary to learn, you can get to challenger without ever learning jungle tracking
No, that's really not true, and that also misses the point of what I was replying to.
baus explicitly said he doesnt jungle track
that doesn't mean he doesn't know how to track jungle. He still has that game sense and knows when he's about to be ganked.
Except the whole point of his gameplay is to just soak up jg pressure and win with cs
fair i dont jungle track but i still get the nervousness tingling feeling cuz i feel like im about to get ganked
on the other hand, I just know when I'm about to be ganked because I'm tracking the jungler
but pushing in the wave is too necessary anyway so sometimes i just die for the wave
what rank r u
yeah idk i think theres just too much other stuff going on
what rank are you?
just started this season im d2 80% winrate
like i have trouble csing as is
so thinking about jungle tracking would realistically cost me even more cs
are you an adc main?
yeah ill link op gg
for context
yeah then you might want to see some coaching sessions polypuff does for diamond-low masters players. He always gives out important macro about jungle tracking and how vital it is for adcs
even if it's super basic, it's still necessary to survive
are they on youtube?
yeah polypuff is on yt
i cant find any
i just see meme vids and a couple coachings for silver players
ig he didn't post most of them. The only one on yt is the d4 adc coaching
