did you mean his ult use to not heal him to x amount if the target died before his ult fully went through? and it does now?

Yes does his R still heal him if his target dies before the second part of his ult goes off

i think it still does that has never changed. i think how much HP you get depends on how long you stay? im not a kayn main so idk but the patch notes are linked if you want to scroll through them

How much you heal depends on enemy hp

And he gets healed from leaving the champ, regardless of whether or not they take damage

Yes but does he still heal if the target dies before he leaves ult which is when the heal applies to him
