#Leblanc Tips

For runes, most LeBlancs run Electrocute or First Strike (makes sense given how burst oriented or trades and all-ins are).
She usually maxes W in mid lane, but sometimes (against enemies w/ low pushing power) you can max Q instead and it's good to do so when you can afford to.
Best buildpath seems to be Luden's->Deathcap atm (get Sorc's for boots) (most popular is Luden's->Shadowflame, but Shadowflame 2nd is much worse than deathcap 2nd based on WR).
LeBlanc plays more like an assassin than a mage and she is also somewhat more early game skewed than most mages, generally being better in skirmishes than teamfights. As a result, you should be looking to get involved in early fights and be proactive on the map throughout the early and mid game.
Her Q has a 6s CD whereas W and E are 10+ each, so in cases where you need more damage and have the time to spare (e.g. fighting enemy melee fighters in midgame), it can often be bettern to use Q with either E or W and then stall until Q is back up and then use it again w/ the other of W or E for a total of 2 Qs as well as W and E damage instead of just Q+W+E (+R for both if needed as well).
W2 has an up to 4 second window after W1 to be used (same applies to R(W)2 as well) this can be used in a number of creative waves, especially when needing to evade enemies trying to catch you (LeBlanc is one of the hardest to catch champions in all of LoL and you can abuse this fact and often get enemies to waste time trying to catch you and even end exposing themselves to being picked in the process).
What about Stormsurge second? I heard if you get a pretty high lead in the start it's better to go Storm second then Deathcap
if you're winning hard, you get mejai's and then deathcap (synergy between those 2 with a lead is godly, especially on someone so mobile and bursty)
