recently i have been playing LOL and when i came across this new build my aatrox WR has spiked. I dont know but I want you to take this new build (not really just one item buts its broken AF) and kill some other poor bloke thats teamfighting. If you know what this item is that will spike ur build thats rights its the "cyclosword" the cyclosword is a item thats in the assasin class and what it does it energizes ur attack once u hit someone with ur energized attack the enemy will be slowed by 99% for 1 second after being hit. same runes and same everything. I usually rush these 3 items with this cyclosword. Cyclosword, Profane, Seryldas. At the 3 item spike every teamfight u touch is auto win. Try this new build ur self 🙂

can i hear your reasoning on cycolosword? It doesnt seem like anything Aatrox would really need besides the lethality but they usually go profane nowadays iirc

Not enough damage and Aatrox doesn't really scale with health, him having a lot of it is just a side effect of bruiser items having a lot of it

OK THE REASON CYCLOSWORD IS OP IS BECAUSE AATROX W doesnt Slow enough to be threatening and if u hit a auto with cyclo its OP

also if u hit 1 Q2 with E and then auto with cyclo aatrox Q3 gurantee

its also good against ranged matchups 🙂

Basically, Cyclosword is a crutch for you when you can't hit your Q's. Titanic is awful straight up. There's no reason to go cyclosword without Profane hydra.

the last item (not including shoes) depends on what auto pilot u have for example play randuins when the enemy crits u know the rest 🙂

You're not reading what I wrote. Titanic hydra is simply awful. Profane hydra and Ravenous hydra are 2x better. You're also just getting cyclosword because you can't hit your Qs
If you want tankiness, just get sundered sky and eclipse.

It is. But some champs deal with it better then others

To see if a champ can be played top lane. There always is the renekton test, can a renekton walk at them and kill them. If yes. Not a top laner. If no, then they can be played top

That's why you don't see Jinx top.
But Akshan, Tf, and quin are viable or op top lane.

Btw I hate S14 aatrox builds. I know lethality is the best on him... But brusier builds are what I want. Sucks that black cleaver is shit.

The black cleaver isnt the problem its sundered sky its fucking useless sundered sky. By the time u even get close to an enemy u will probably be bursted down to oblivion

But yah. When flash ghost is the norm on adcs. And even some mages.
Getting melee ain't the easiest

i used to be a bruiser on aatrox b4 s13. cause we lost gore aatro cant do insane plays and cause lethality is broken i started to use lethality

I'd wager Eclipse into bruiser items is actually better than lethality on him, but the hard part is that we don't have much in the way of good AD+resist items.

Aatrox, loves AD+resist items because of how much built in healing he has.

Death dance isn't that good rn. It's lightly underpowered Imo..
And only Mr ad items are god dam Maw and Qss crit item.

And you cant build steracks alongside Maw.

Fighter / bruiser need more items.. They are the largest class in the game. So we need a few more items to fill in the gaps the Mythic system removal created

cyclosword vs ranged is good. melee depends on matchup but if played well dosent need cyclosword

w can pull melee if played correctly

Aatrox has too many ways to itemize based on the player's playstyle and both team comps

But me personally I would use cyclosword on ranged champions I can't really catch sometimes either because they go swifties or have a movement enchanced ability or maybe both sometimes

its kinda supposed to be a counter to specific champs/comps . there is a reason they removed it

BUT ALSO there removeing the ability for qss to clense mord ult , and most top laners buy it for that reason , and malz

Just the stat profile of 40 AD, 300 HP, and 40 MR, was really nice, having a QSS active on top was super good, especially since teams with enough magic damage to warrant buying MR on the kinds of champs that would consider that item usually means the enemy has a lot of CC too.

not all items need to have cool effects . A simple stat stick mr fighter item is perfect, Since Fighters are THE largerst class , haveing a stat stick covers the needs of most of them

Riven , she likes a lot of ad, but health isnt a bad option , J4 likes Ad , and hp , perfect.
Mundo likes the hp and mr , the ad is usefull too .
Same for shen , no ad scaleing but the ad is a good stat .

she loves resists in general, but yes, her priorities (a part from AD ofc) are AH, and resists, in that order, hp is nice to have but lower prio, probably below penetration tbqh.

the idea with the ability is that it sucks if you dont have proper setup. yes, sometimes people escape it anyway but thats just one of his legitimate weaknesses
